| 1. What services does Fotokraze offer? |
|
| As of now we offer sharing & Printing of Photos, personalised Greeting Cards with your pictures and message, Photo CD’s, Photo Albums of your memorable occassions and a gift store for your loved ones (to be introduced shortly). |

| This service is basically designed to make life much simpler and easier for you to share life’s joyous moments with family and friends irrespective of how far or near they are from you. Our objective is to ensure that you stay connected, and are able to share all your precious moments & memories with all those who matter most in your life. |

| 4. What type of memberships do you offer? |
|
| Presently only one type of membership with access to upload, share, print, make greeting cards, photo CD’s, photo albums besides you can also order gifts at our online gift shop for your loved one’s and near & dear. Besides you will also be able to use the services of our franchises to upload photos from your conventional film rolls processed onto our website using your login id. |

| 1. How can I upload my photos for printing? |
|
| Start by creating an album with the name of your choice so that you can sort all your memories in an easy to retrieve manner, then by choosing one of the Upload options button. Thereafter, you'll be taken through a few steps to upload and then you can order& share photos. |

| 2. Will I be able to upload photos at anytime and print at any time? |
|
| Yes, you can create different albums and upload photos into any of them at your convenience (since uploading depends on your connection speed, bandwidth restrictions, firewalls etc). You can choose the photos you wish to print at any time and get them shipped to you or any one you need. |

| If due to some reason your session is interrupted (Internet failure, power goes off and all that), you can see the photos uploaded till the interruption in the album you were uploading to. |

| 3. How good is the quality of the printed photographs? |
|
| Fotokraze uses laser technology to print on the latest state of the art digital printing machines. |

| 4. WWhat does "BAD", “AVERAGE” & “GOOD” mean? |
|
| When you order pictures, you may get a "BAD,AVERAGE, or GOOD" message. BAD or AVERAGE means that the resolution of your picture is too low for the size of print you want and for the best quality of print. We recommend comparing the resolution of your pictures to our resolution guidelines. Using these resolutions as a guide will help you print the best pictures possible. |

We are not and cannot be responsible for the original picture being blurry or out-of-focus, even if there is sufficient resolution to be 'recommended'.) |

| 5. What will happen to my uploaded photos after the photographs have been printed and delivered? |
|
| Your photos last on fotokraze for 6 months from the date of creation. Thereafter the photos will be deleted. As long as the member uses the services of the website at least once in 90 days the service shall remain active. |

| 6. How are the photos sent to the recipients? |
|
| The photos are sent through first class couriers, or thru post incase there is no courier service to the desired address of shipping. |

| 7. How will I know if my folks in India have received the printed photographs? |
|
| Fotokraze provides an online tracking facility thru which you can check any time regarding the status of your orders thru you’re my account page. |

| 8. Will I get an album along with the photo prints? |
|
| A free album is provided if you order 30 prints. Likewise, if you print 60, you'll get two albums. |

| 9. How to check status of my order? |
|
| You can check status of your order from "My Account" page. When you login to Fotokraze we show the latest orders with respective status on the "My Account" page.. |

| 10. What is the processing and delivery time for prints in India ? |
|
| Once we receive your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order except for public holidays when the processing time could be 3-4 days. Delivery timing is based on the shipping method. For orders to India, if the courier facility is available then your photos should reach in 2-3 business days. For orders shipped using Indian postal service (Speed Post/Registered/Normal) the delivery time varies based on the city and postal department's efficiency. |

| 11. Can I send photos to anywhere in India? |
|
| Yes. If the specified address is a valid address and we have courier/postal service to the city within India, you can send photos to that place. |

| 12. Can I order prints for USA ? |
|
| Yes Fotokraze does provide service for deliveries to and within USA & Canada. We shall also shortly provide services to more countries like Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, UK, and The Gulf.. |

| Currently, we only provide photo printing for deliveries to and within India USA & Canada. We shall also shortly provide services to more countries like Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, UK, and The Gulf. As and when more countries are added for deliverie we will notify you of the change by email. |

|
| You need to pay by credit/debit card. We receive the money in rupees and your credit/debit card statement will reflect the same amount in whichever denomination you receive it |

| Fotokraze deploys the services of a gateway that uses the most powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission. The gateway provider is registered with Verisign, the world's best and most trust worthy Net Authentication Agency. Your credit card authorization is done using Transecute’s E-Payments Gateway. |

| 4. Why is tax being charged on my order? |
|
| Orders shipped in India are subject to Indian Service tax (12.24%) of the total order amount. We are required to pay service tax for photo printing services in India. You will also be liable to pay VAT/CST based on the products you purchase at our online photo store. Taxes are dependent on the law and taxation norms of the country that the order is delivered in. |

| 5. What is your return policy? |
|
| You may return any item to Fotokraze if you are not satisfied by print quality or the prints are delivered damaged, within 7 days of receipt of your order for a credit or refund. Please note that, we will not be able to refund or credit you the original shipping cost or the cost to send the prints back to us. |

| To return items in an order, please write to customersupport@fotokraze.com and tell us the reason of your return. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days on the receipt of your return request with a "Return Authorization Number (RAN)" and address to send the order back. Send us your order items at the specified address and we will refund or credit you when we receive your return. |
